I Purchased a Kit But Cannot Use It. Where Is It?
You should receive all purchased items automatically within a few minutes. If you have not received your rank, please contact "21 Killua//#0044" on Discord.
I Was Banned. Can I Get a Refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available, but if you believe you were wrongfully banned, you can appeal on Discord.
I Don't Live in the UK. Can I Still Pay?
You can pay through PayPal, which will convert your currency. So, yes!
Is It Possible to Trade Items for a Kit?
Unfortunately, at this time, trading items for kits is not possible. PayPal is the only available payment option.
The Server Says It Has 98/100 Players. Why Can't I Join?
The server has reserved slots, which is why this happens. If you would like to purchase a reserved slot, it can be bought here.
Do I Have to Buy a Kit to Play on the Server?
Absolutely not! Anyone can join for free and roleplay as they wish. Free kits on the server are available to use. To see what kits you can use, simply type the command /kits in chat.
Do the Servers Require a Password?
The servers do not require a password to play on them.
